Defective or Damaged Items:
If your toy has a defect that prevents its use or if it arrives broken due to transit, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.
Color Variations:
If you are unhappy with the color of your toy, we can offer an exchange. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any difference in cost resulting from changing colors. Please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
